My small home town in Northern Germany is proud to have a castle in the centre and attached to it is public garden specialised in displaying roses of every kind imaginable. Many are old varieties with a strong perfume.
After wandering around not wanting to miss anything you can rest your weary feet at the café and refresh yourself with coffee and cake.
